With HOOC ALERT you can create individual and intelligent alarm rules for your system. Use any configured data point and connect them with trigger conditions. Different escalation levels make successive notification to different recipients possible (e.g.: Level 1 – resident, Level 2 – caretaker, Level 3 – on-call service). Each alarm can also be acknowledged individually.
